Refund policy

Due to the individual craftsmanship involved in every piece produced in our atelier, Paul Morelli does not accept returns and no refunds will be provided. You may exchange merchandise in accordance with the exchange policy set forth below. Exchanges of merchandise which are not in compliance with the conditions and timeframes set forth below may be rejected by Paul Morelli and will be sent back to you.

Exchange period
You may exchange merchandise purchased on the Website. The package containing the merchandise to be exchanged must be deposited with the shipper within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise.

Exchange process
If you wish to exchange merchandise, you must comply with the following steps:
Call 215.922.7392 or email concierge@paulmorelli.com to request an exchange authorization. Paul Morelli will send a return shipping label to you. The shipping label is only valid on the date specified on the shipping label. Include the merchandise and all items and documents included with the merchandise in its original box. All shipments must be double boxed using new, unused FedEx shipping boxes. For example, the merchandise must be put in its original box, inside a FedEx medium box, inside a FedEx large box. Seal the delivery package and affix the return shipping label. Drop off the package at any staffed FedEx location (no drop boxes) or call FedEx to arrange for pick-up. If you call to arrange for pick-up, the package must be scanned into the FedEx system before the driver leaves the place of pick-up. You must obtain and keep your receipt. You must keep proof of return shipment. Paul Morelli accepts no liability in the event you are unable to produce such proof. Only merchandise received by Paul Morelli will be eligible for exchange. Upon receiving the merchandise, Paul Morelli will verify that the merchandise satisfies the conditions of the exchange policy.

Conditions to exchange merchandise
Paul Morelli products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Paul Morelli will not accept for exchange any merchandise that shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

Paul Morelli will not accept exchanges on any special orders, sized, altered, or engraved pieces.

All exchanges will be subject to strict review to ensure that the merchandise satisfies Paul Morelli's standards. If the merchandise does not meet these standards, Paul Morelli will refuse the exchange and the merchandise will be sent back to the customer. If the merchandise satisfies these standards, Paul Morelli will proceed with the exchange.

Merchandise credit
Upon verification that the merchandise satisfies the standards set forth above, Paul Morelli will issue a merchandise credit to the customer. Initial and return shipping charges, including insurance, will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the original amount paid by the customer before a credit is issued. Merchandise credit is valid for thirty (30) days and can be used toward the purchase price of items purchased on the Website or in the Paul Morelli studio.
